A simple black mug, wheel-thrown by my hands in stoneware. I kept the shape clean and the handle comfortable. It’s the kind of everyday mug you end up reaching for first without thinking about it.

The deep black glaze goes with just about anything. Since each one is thrown by hand, no two come out exactly a like. It’s made to be used, not just admired.
